Habakkuk was there in chapter 1. He felt his world was spinning out of control. But when he took his eyes off the stuff that was happening and put them instead on the One who reigned supremely, it put a spring in his step. Outwardly, things remained the same. But inwardly, he could rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory. Today’s message brings us to the conclusion of the book of Habakkuk.
